A Small Orange

by tyler on May 3, 2006

This blog is now being hosted at A Small Orange. I host most of my sites with hostgator, but I wanted to play around with Ruby on Rails, which ASO offers with their hosting. I also wanted to move some of my sites around to different IP’s for SEO purposes. So far so good, although I was in the middle of a large post last night when they performed some server maitenance. After I hit the publish button, the site went down. Needless to say, the long post I had just written was gone. Nooooooooo!

Oh Well.

I am currently hosting with GoDaddy …… was wondering if A Small Orange was worth trying …. I have heard good things about them on Webhosting Talk … how do you find their service as of now ?
Are they worth checking out ?

saurab,

I have to say that ASO has been solid as a rock since I signed up. I would recommend them to anyone. Another thing, there support is quick and helpful. That means a lot to me when looking for a host.

I’d also recommend hostgator as well. I have had excellent service from them too…
