They're lame, stupid, and down right arrogant. The commericals with the van and the one with the woman interrupting the Phone Company commerical are examples of how arrogant and insulting Vonage is. The service was not working I called and asked them to send someone out to fix my main phone line and they said that no one could come out until 6/7/2007. I cancelled on 5/16/2007 I talked to at least 8 people and I told them all that I was cancelling because the service sucked!!!!! I had no service on my main line in my home from 5/15/2007 through 6/7/2007. I went back to AT&T I again told Vonage that I was cancelling. I recently checked my email messages and found out that they have been fraudently billing my debit card since May. I called to tell them that they had better stop billing my account the woman supervisor said that they had every right to bill my account!! She said that it would cost me $89.98 to cancel !! I told her that she better not take any more money out of my account. I hung and called my bank, I was to late the charge was pending!!! I had to cancell my debit card to keep Vonage from continuing to take payments out of my account!! I am furious and I plan to sue. R.
