They're lame, stupid, and down right arrogant. The commericals with the van and the one with the woman interrupting the Phone Company commerical are examples of how arrogant and insulting Vonage is. There service was always decent for me. My complaint wasn't with the service, rather with them ripping off the very early adopter customers with their bogus IP) / direct stock purchase scam.
