I was told by customer service that I must provide all serial numbers back to the original "retail" (non-upgrade) version. For me, that would be Macromedia Dreamweaver 1.0. This is crazy. I am beside myself with anger at the moment, since I'm certain I haven't kept 15 years' worth of upgrades. I just attempted the same.
